All bookings submitted through our website are considered enquiries until confirmed in writing by Eagle Point Tours & Travel. A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 30 days before departure.
Cancellations made 48+ hours before departure qualify for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. Group bookings have separate terms.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended but not included in our packages. Eagle Point Tours & Travel is not liable for losses due to illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances.
All prices are in KES (Kenyan Shillings) per person unless stated otherwise. Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to significant changes in fuel costs, exchange rates, or park fees.
